If you are interested in adopting a Curlfect Devon Rex, please answer the questions listed below in an email.  We ask many questions because we are considering placing one of our "babies"  in your home. It is important to us  that our Devons go to very loving, well-matched, "forever" homes. Answering our questions helps us to place a Devon that is a good match for you and your family. Every home is different, and every kitten is different. We believe that the selection and placement of a kitten is the most important part of any successful kitten adoption. In the  end we want our families to be happy with their kitten and we want our kittens to be happy with their new family.

1. What is your name, address, phone number, and email address?

2. How many adults in your home and the number and  ages of children if any, who live there or visit regularly.

3. Do you rent or own your own home? If you rent, do you have permission from your landlord to have a kitten?

4. What do you do for work and what is your work schedule like? We like to have an idea of the amount of time a Devon of ours would be home alone without it's family.

5. Do you currently have or have you had pets in the past? If so, please tell us about them.

6. If you have cats, are they indoor or outdoor and have any of them been declawed?

7. Do you have a veterinarian who you know and are comfortable with? If not, are you able to select a veterinarian based on referrals from friends or family?

8. Does any one in your household have allergies to cats or asthma that is triggered by cats?

9. Would you be willing to fly or drive to pick up your Devon?

10. Are you willing and able to make a 15 to 20 year commitment to provide a safe home, health care, and proper nutrition for your Devon?

11. How did you hear about our cattery?

We use a Reservation Agreement to hold a kitten and we use a Sales Contract when a kitten is adopted. If you would like to review either of these please email us.
